MORINGA MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh moringa leaves, washedmoringa soothie
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons powdered filled milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar(white/brown)
  • 2 cups water

HOW TO PREPARE:

STEP 1

  • Boil the water in the pan.

STEP 2

  • Add the moringa leaves when the water boils. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 1 minute

STEP 3

  • Transfer the contents of the pan into a bowl. Separate the cooked moringa leaves and set aside to cool. Do not throw the water.

STEP 4

  • Let the cooked moringa and water cool down.

STEP 5

  • Blend cooked and moringa and water with  powdered milk and sugar.

STEP 6

  • Transfer to a glass and consume at once. Do not store for more then 30 minutes after blending.
